Do not soak it, leave it in standing water, or put it in a dishwasher. Once the wood is completely dry, condition it periodically with food-safe cutting board oil or wax. Wipe away excess care product before using the board. Carrier transit starts after dispatch and takes additional time. Bulk orders generally need 7–14 business days, with final timing confirmed when placed; custom work, material needs or artwork approval can affect production. The supplier currently limits delivery to the contiguous United States. For a BuyAmerican order, confirm the available service, final shipping charge and delivery estimate for the selected item and address before purchase. Expedited carrier service does not shorten the production period.

Returns and order issues

For an order placed on BuyAmerican, request return approval through BuyAmerican before sending the item anywhere. The store’s standard request window is 30 days after delivery for eligible unused goods in original packaging with proof of purchase; custom or personalized and sale items are excluded from routine returns. The supplier separately advertises a 120-day guarantee for eligible unused goods, requiring original packaging, proof of purchase and authorization, with customer-paid return shipping. That supplier guarantee is not an automatic extension of BuyAmerican’s return window. The supplier excludes personalized, custom, bulk and sale orders from routine returns; choose an eligible standard item if return eligibility matters to your purchase. Inspect the delivery promptly. Report damage, defects or an incorrect item to BuyAmerican with order details and photographs, keep the product and packaging, and wait for the approved return instructions.

Compare American-made cutting boards and butcher blocks or explore kitchen and dining essentials for a complete prep and serving setup.
