Inspired by his daughter Ira and her interest in the boxes her toys arrived in, he set out to make toys that invite more imaginative play. This family-owned company values open-ended exploration, American craftsmanship, and durable materials, producing its wooden play equipment in small batches at its Atlanta workshop.

One maple arch with two distinct play orientations

The Wooden Climbing Arch and Rocker is a curved play structure that turns between an arch for climbing and a rocker for seated movement. Its two orientations give families different ways to include the same piece in supervised indoor play. The rounded side panels have integrated hand openings, and the crosspieces form the climbing or seating surface, depending on orientation.

Bunny Hopkins recommends the arch for children 18 months and older. Choose an activity that matches the individual child's abilities and follow the setup and supervision directions supplied with the product. The arch is an open-ended play piece, so imaginative use can vary while remaining within the manufacturer's instructions.

At 36 inches long, 17 inches wide, and 17 inches high, it has a defined component size that is useful when planning a playroom or shared family space. Allow additional room for rocking movement and supervision. This listing is for the climbing arch itself; climbing triangles, ramps, wobble boards, and decorative props shown in some photographs are separate unless expressly included in another product listing.

Compare more American-made toys and games when planning activities for your family.
