Atina Foods' Green Tomato Pickle with Ginger Garlic Brine is an intoxicating and complex salt pickle is made by first Lacto-fermenting local New York green tomatoes for over 6 weeks, setting them in a thick bright brine of Ginger and Garlic and spices. Atina’s Green Tomato Pickle brightens up any dish! 
 
Ingredients:

Local NY Green Tomatoes (uncertified Organic), Org. Ginger Root, Local NY Garlic, Sesame Oil, Salt, Fenugreek, Mustard Seed, *Asafoetida (Asafoetida, Rice Flour), Red Pepper Powder, Turmeric Powder.

Shelf life is 2 years. After opening please refrigerate, it should last up to or past a year or more if you take care of and use that dry clean spoon!

This happy marriage between a pickled relish and an Indian aachar can be eaten as a topping, or use it as a marinade and cook with it! Great with rice, lentils, meats, chicken, tacos, as a side to a bbq, picnic, on a cheese or hummus platter with charcuterie, on hamburgers and hotdogs!
