- We verify — a person checks the workshop and the sourcing claim.
- Connect — accept the Collective invitation and pick which products to share.
- Sell — orders arrive in your own admin. You ship, you get paid.

How long does the review take?
Vendor applications are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days. Once our team has reviewed your submission, we’ll follow up with next steps or let you know if we need any additional information.

Do I have to be on Shopify?
Yes. To sell through BuyAmerican.com, your store needs to be on Shopify and enrolled in the Shopify Collective program.
If you’re not currently using Shopify, we can help. Our team can migrate your existing store to Shopify or build a new Shopify store for your business, then help get you set up for Shopify Collective.

Some of my parts are imported. Can I still list?
Yes. That is what the tiers are for. Say so plainly and you will be labelled accordingly rather than turned away.

Who handles customer service?
BuyAmerican.com handles customer service with the customer. If an issue requires vendor input, we’ll contact you directly.

Can I set a minimum order?
No. Vendors must be able to fulfill individual customer orders without minimum order quantities or values.

Who handles shipping and fulfillment?
You do. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders placed through BuyAmerican.com using Shopify Collective.
