Medium Roast Single Origins focused on supporting rotating family farms around Africa or Central / South America - ranging from the highest and driest of Guatemala's non-volcanic regions, renowned for the dry, hot winds that come in from the mountains.  Or Ethiopian coffees grown on 420 hectares with semi-forest coffee in the highlands of Southern Ethiopia.  Other times they'll focus on sourcing from women-owned coffee farms in partnership with International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA).  Rotating source, month to month.  Just the best Single Origin medium roast coffees in the world!
