What You'll Need:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg
Easy Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork in crisscross pattern.
Step 5: Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Makes 36 cookies
Ingredients:
GF Flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), peanut butter powder (roasted peanuts, cane sugar, sea salt), sugar, vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla beans), baking soda, sea salt.
