GLUTEN-FREE! Great peanut butter flavor and one of our best cookies. Delicious!
2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork in crisscross pattern.
Step 5: Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
