BuyAmerican.com is a marketplace. Products sold on the Site are made and shipped by independent American makers and suppliers rather than from a warehouse we operate. When you place an order, we disclose the information necessary to fulfill it — including the recipient's name, shipping address, order contents, and, where needed, a contact email address or phone number — to each maker responsible for the items in that order.
Where your order contains items from more than one maker, each maker receives only the information relating to its own portion of the order. These makers use that information to produce, pack, ship, and provide support for your order, and to comply with their own legal obligations. Each maker is an independent business responsible for its own handling of your information.
