What You'll Need:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg
Easy Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Do not overbake.
Makes 40 cookies
Ingredients:
Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, molasses, gelatin, cornstarch, citric acid, crystallized lemon (citric acid, lemon oil, lemon juice), vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla beans), baking soda, sea salt, adipic acid (for tartness), fumaric acid (for tartness), natural and artificial flavor, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.
