Dark Star is a superhot chili based sauce with a blend of Carolina reaper and Ghost pepper mash. It gets it's name from it's dark color which is due to the coffee, brown sugar, cherries and black garlic in the recipe.
It’s bold, velvety smooth darkness goes down all too easily but be careful…with two of the planets hottest chilies, it’s bound to light you up! Rounded out with brown sugar and cherries, the black garlic, molasses, coffee and cinnamon will give you a false sense of comfort!
This sauce pairs quite well with beans so try it on a burrito or in a bowl of chili (our favorite use). It's also great in stew and on a breakfast sando with some sharp cheese.
