Dry Sofrito Seasoning Resealable Bag

Our signature blend of dehydrated Sofrito is salt-free and can be used to as a dry rub to marinate meats, added in rice, beans, and stews to enhance the flavor of your foods. Sofrito has been used in traditional Puerto Rican foods for decades, and most Puerto Ricans, can’t cook without it. All our seasonings are made with pure all natural spices. They have no artificial colors or ingredients, no MSG, are NON-GMO, Vegan, and Gluten-Free. I created this blend in order to provide and alternative to fresh sofrito (which isn’t always easily accessible). I call it “el sofrito que resuelve”, the sofrito that is here to help when we are on the run, can’t make our own fresh sofrito, or don’t use it on a regular basis. This is a shelf safe blend that can be re-hydrated with water and used in your favorite recipes. Just pure flavor “SABOR”, and made with lots of love.  

Ingredients: Sofrito Seco (5 oz net wt)- Dehydrated garlic, onion, cilantro, green and red bell peppers, with a coriander, turmeric, oregano and parsley spice blend.
