Made from a rare heritage chile first cultivated over 300 years ago by the Tesuque Pueblo outside Santa Fe, NM, it brings a clean, balanced flavor and a medium heat that builds slowly with every bite.

From seed to bottle, each batch is grown and crafted in East Hampton, NY, where we’re proud to be the only farm on the East Coast cultivating this exceptional pepper. Made with no added sugar or preservatives, and naturally low in sodium, our sauce lets the pepper’s pure, bright flavor shine through.
