We use the latest in digital printing technology to deliver the highest color quality and accuracy. Ensuring your flag will last is our top priority, so we manufacture our flags with the best materials. We carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4” deep horizontal seam (the deeper the seam, the stronger the flag) and secure each seam with our proprietary stitching specially designed to resist tearing by flexing with the movement of the flag. Fly hems are finished with 4 rows of lock stitching, back tacked and reinforced with 102-stitch X-boxes to resist fraying. The bold red, white and blue inspires a sense of pride and honor. Flags are completed by hemming with T60 thread, the strongest in the industry that can withstand 60 pounds of force. Our flags are FMAA certified 100% Made in USA from 100% U.S. sourced materials and labor.

• Commercial grade 200-denier nylon engineered for daily use.
• Flags 15x25' and larger feature heavy duty 1 1/2" webbing in place of Poly Sateen heading. This webbing is 3X as strong as a car seat belt to secure your flag!
• Flags 10x15' and larger feature 6 rows of stitching (top to bottom) on the flyend with double X-box reinforcement on every horizontal seam. Each X-box is made up of 102-stitches.
• To evenly distribute the wind-load on the heading, this flag features 3 center grommets in addition to the heavy duty chrome D-rings.
• Flags 8x12' and larger are subjected to extra wind pressure due to the taller flag poles they are flown on (typically 40 feet and higher).
• For maximum flying strength, we reinforce the heading side of these flags with top and bottom corner patches creating the most secure connection.
