How to Use:

Fresh Salsa: Mix package with 1 (15 oz) can petite-diced tomatoes. Easy and delicious!

Guacamole: Stir 1/4 cup hot water into mix. Mash 2 peeled, pitted avocados into rehydrated mix. Chill 1 hour.

Avocado Dip: Stir together 1 cup sour cream and dip mix. Mash 1 peeled, pitted avocado into mixture. Chill 1 hour.

Classic Dip: Blend with 8 oz mayonnaise and 8 oz sour cream. Or try 16 oz sour cream, plain yogurt, or hummus. Chef Jan's favorite: 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo + 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) sour cream.

Cracker Spread: Combine with 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy warm (microwave 2 minutes) or chilled.
