Southern Seeds was founded in 2019 by Ryan and Kim Dorn and became Seed Therapy in 2025. The family business moved its operations to the Dallas, Texas, area in 2023. Drawing on generations of growing experience, the team focuses on dependable seeds, personal customer service, and helping gardeners succeed. Its work includes relationships with American farms and seed donations to schools and community gardens.

A fun and festive mix of African Marigolds, the Crackerjack Marigold is perfect for adding a splash of color to any garden! These large and full blooms come in a range of yellows and oranges, making them perfect for adding a touch of brightness to any space. Native to South and Central America, Marigolds have long been a cultural symbol in Mexico and are often used in Dia de los Muertos celebrations.

American grown seeds

Planting Instructions:

Direct sow in spring, planting just below the surface of the soil. Keep the soil lightly moist until germination. This plant can also be started 4-6 weeks before the last frost of spring. The seeds germinate best in high humidity and temperatures around 70° and germination usually occurs in 10 days. Water seedlings occasionally until they become established. Once matured, they will be relatively drought tolerant, but water them during extended dry periods. Pinch back the growing stems to encourage bushiness.
