Details

Fantozzi Honey Company was founded by Thomas Fantozzi in 2017 after a beekeeping class at Cal Poly inspired his first two hives. His upbringing on a family farm in Patterson, California, shaped a business centered on bees and local agriculture. The family-run apiary emphasizes healthy colonies, harvesting only surplus honey, and handling its products in small batches.

Orange blossom honey takes its identity from nectar gathered almost exclusively from orange blossoms in California’s Central Valley. This is raw honey with a floral character, packaged in a squeeze bottle for convenient drizzling and portioning. The orange blossom name identifies the floral nectar source; it does not mean that orange juice, fruit pieces, or citrus flavoring have been mixed into the honey.

Care

Storage and care

Store the closed bottle at room temperature and keep its opening clean. Use care to avoid adding water or crumbs to the honey. Natural crystallization can change the texture over time without indicating spoilage. Follow the package directions for handling the bottle; do not assume that a plastic container is suitable for heating.

Do not give honey or honey-containing products to children younger than 12 months. Read the CDC guidance on honey and infant botulism for more information.
