Add a touch of Italian gourmet flair to your garden with Palla Rossa Radicchio seeds. This beloved heirloom chicory is prized for its beautiful, baseball-sized heads of deep, wine-red leaves with crisp white veins. It has a wonderfully crisp texture and a pleasant, bracing bitterness that is a celebrated flavor in Italian cuisine. Perfect for adding color and a zesty kick to fresh salads, it is also exceptional when grilled or roasted, which mellows its flavor to a rich nuttiness.
