1/8 Bison Meat Share – Grass-Fed, 45–50 lb
Details
Founded in 2013 by Anthony Miller, Miller Bison is a family ranch in Eureka, Nevada. Anthony began with three bison heifers to raise meat for his own family, and that small herd grew into a business shared with his wife, Benita, and their children. The ranch focuses on grass-fed, grass-finished bison, rotational grazing, and regenerative practices that care for the animals and the land.
1/8 Bison Meat Share – Grass-Fed, 45–50 lb
A 1/8 bison share provides 45–50 lb of meat for a household that wants a wider selection of cuts in the freezer. The assortment combines premium steaks, slow-cooking cuts and roasts, and ground bison, with the meat cut, packaged, and vacuum sealed.
The maker allocates approximately 16% of the share to steaks, 29% to slow-cooking cuts and roasts, and 55% to ground bison. These are assortment proportions, not a promise that every named cut appears in every box. The range of cuts gives you options for a quick steak dinner, a weekend roast, and everyday ground-meat recipes.
Plan for the maker’s recommended two cubic feet of freezer space before delivery. Organize the packages by cut and meal type so you can thaw what you need while the remainder stays frozen. This listing describes the meat share and does not include a freezer.

Specifications
Storage and Cooking
Keep raw bison refrigerated or frozen and thaw it safely in the refrigerator. Keep raw meat and its juices separate from ready-to-eat foods. Use a food thermometer: USDA recommends 160°F for ground bison and at least 145°F followed by a three-minute rest for steaks and roasts. Different cuts need different cooking methods; brisket and shanks suit slower, moist cooking, while steaks can be prepared with quicker methods. See USDA guidance on handling and cooking bison.

Returns and Order Issues
The maker’s published policy provides a 30-day window after delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must remain in the condition received, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
