🌱 Growing instructions

• Place 2-3 tablespoons of seeds in a wide-mouth jar. Cover with a sprouting screen or cheesecloth secured with a rubber band.

• Drain the jar completely. Invert the jar at an angle in a bowl to allow for continued drainage and air circulation.
• Rinse and drain seeds with cool water 2-3 times daily.
• In 6-10 days, your sprouts will be ready to harvest. Drain well before storing in the refrigerator.
