Shipping for this item

Fulfilled by AmishToyBox.com. The supplier’s existing free standard shipping offer applies to this vendor’s items delivered within the contiguous United States. A physical street address is required; the supplier does not ship to PO boxes. Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping charges. The supplier generally ships most orders by the next business day, with estimated standard transit of 2–8 days after dispatch. Same-day dispatch is an effort for weekday orders placed by noon, not a guarantee. Holiday carrier delays can extend these estimates. Check the order confirmation for tracking. Report a shipment marked delivered but not found within five days so the issue can be investigated promptly.

Returns for this item

For this item, the supplier’s published return window is 30 days from purchase. Returns require proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the condition received. Buyer-paid return shipping applies unless the product arrived blemished or the wrong item was sent; original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Report shipping damage immediately with photographs so a replacement can be arranged without additional cost. Refund approval follows receipt and inspection. Contact BuyAmerican before sending a return so the correct authorization and destination can be confirmed.

Care and handling

For routine handling, remove loose dust with a soft dry cloth and keep wooden parts away from prolonged soaking or standing water. Follow any instructions supplied with the piece before using a cleaner, polish or disinfectant. Let a damp surface dry completely before storage. Inspect moving parts, joints and edges regularly, and stop using a damaged item until it has been assessed. These are conservative handling suggestions; a particular cleaning product or treatment is not represented as approved by the maker.
