Next, we carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4” deep horizontal seam (the deeper the seam, the stronger the flag) and secure each seam with our proprietary stitching specially designed to resist tearing by flexing with the movement of the flag. Fly hems are finished with 4 rows of lock stitching, back tacked and reinforced with 102-stitch X-boxes to resist fraying. The bold red, white and blue inspires a sense of pride and honor. Flags are completed by hemming with T60 thread, the strongest in the industry that can withstand 60 pounds of force.
