Our newest beer bread mix is so easy to make! Simply add a 12 oz can of beer to the mix and stir until blended. It bakes into a dense, rich, flavorful bread that is the perfect accompaniment to our savory dips and olive oil blends.
One 12 oz can of beer (room temperature). Optional: substitute 12 oz of buttermilk for drop biscuits.
Optional: 2 tbsp butter for topping
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Combine package with one 12 oz can of beer (room temperature) and stir until blended.
Step 3: Pour batter into a well-greased bread pan (9x5x4 in).
Step 4: Bake 45-50 minutes or until bread begins to pull away from sides.
Optional: Melt 2 tbsp butter and pour over the bread batter during the last 5-10 minutes of baking for extra richness!
Note: You can substitute ginger ale, club soda, or lemon-lime soda for the beer. (Bread will be slightly sweeter.)
