Kimchi became a hot sauce. And it's incredible.
Chi-Chee is that funky, sour, spicy, salty umami bomb you know from great kimchi, now in pourable form. Real fermented vegetables (cabbage, radish, carrot), Korean gochugaru chili flakes, miso, and a gentle sweetness create layers of complexity that make this taste nothing like your standard vinegar hot sauce. At 3/10 heat, this is all about flavor depth over fire.
The fermentation brings tangy acidity and that signature kimchi funk. The gochugaru adds fruity, subtly smoky pepper flavor. The miso and fermented vegetables deliver pure umami. Together, they create something you'll want on everything, and reviewers prove it! Eggs? Yes. Ramen? Obviously. Pizza? Surprisingly perfect. One customer is running out too quickly and begging for wholesale sizes.
Where it shines:
This isn't "kimchi-inspired". It's made with actual kimchi, which means you're getting real fermented complexity, not artificial flavoring. At 3/10, this is mild enough for daily use but flavorful enough that you'll never call it boring.
Want the flavor with more fire? Try Ox-King, our extra-hot version coming soon.
