Product Details

Java House grew from Ted Gelov’s Heartland Food Products Group in Carmel, Indiana. Its packaged cold brew launched in 2018, followed by the first Carmel coffee bar in 2019, with Michael and Cassandra Moe helping develop the café business. The company focuses on slowly brewed coffee and convenient ways to serve it. Its peel-and-pour approach brings a prepared beverage base to homes and workplaces without requiring a brewing machine. The goal is a consistent drink that fits an everyday routine.

Salted Caramel Cold Brew Latte Pods | Real Milk

Salted Caramel Latte pods combine cold-brewed coffee, milk, sugar and flavoring in the supplier’s published formulation. The rich caramel presentation is offered in 12- or 48-pod packages. This is the real-milk latte version, which should be distinguished from the separately listed Salted Caramel Lightly Sweet coffee pods. Similar names do not establish identical recipes or nutrition.

Preparation & serving

Peel and pour the selected latte pod into a separate cup, then prepare it using the dilution directions printed on its package. Ice and the chosen added liquid affect the finished strength. A latte pod already contains milk and sweetening ingredients; it should not be treated as a plain black-coffee concentrate.

Review the option name and quantity together before purchasing. A photograph may show several flavors, multiple cartons or a serving suggestion, while the selected option determines what is supplied. A larger count can suit a shared pantry or repeated use; a smaller count is a practical way to try the recipe. Keep the original label with each product when sharing so ingredients, caffeine and handling information remain available.

Compare more coffee selections and browse Food & Pantry for complementary choices. Check flavor, serving format and package quantity rather than relying only on a product photograph.

For shared use, set out the selected package with a clean serving cup and keep its label accessible. Prepare one serving according to the product directions before making a larger batch. This helps you choose the strength and added ingredients you prefer while keeping the original recipe and package information available for everyone using it.

Origin, Storage, Shipping & Returns

Origin: Brewed and bottled in the United States according to the supplier’s cold-brew origin statement. Coffee beans are imported, and a U.S. processing claim does not mean U.S.-grown coffee. The exact production state was not established.

Keep unopened packages according to the storage directions printed on the exact product, and use the lot’s best-by date. After opening a bottle or dispensing box, follow that format’s refrigeration and use-window instructions. Do not transfer the handling rules for an unopened single-use pod to an opened multi-serving container. Cups, glasses, ice, fruit, milk additions, spirits and equipment pictured are serving suggestions unless specifically named in the selected product option.

Shipping for this product

The supplier’s direct-store policy lists 1–2 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays, and estimates 3–4 business days for standard delivery. Rates appear at checkout. Its $45+ free-shipping promotion and retail timing have not been confirmed for BuyAmerican/Collective orders. Verify the terms shown for this order before relying on the supplier’s direct-store offer.

Returns & order problems

Java House states that sales are final, with no ordinary returns or exchanges. Approved refunds are limited to damaged, defective or incorrect orders and go to the original payment method. The supplier asks for prompt reporting without publishing a numerical claim deadline. BuyAmerican’s food return policy also excludes ordinary food returns. Contact BuyAmerican promptly about an order problem; the applicable supplier handling procedure must be confirmed before activation.
