Dubler Microwave Heat Packs – Reusable, Set of 2
Details
REVO Coolers is an entertaining-products company based in Austin, Texas. The AllBiz business directory lists 2017 as its founding year. The company says its product ideas grew from its own hosting needs: keeping drinks and food easy to arrange so people can enjoy more get-togethers. Its stated priorities include practical design and U.S. manufacturing for its party coolers, with products intended for both home gatherings and professional serving setups.
These two Microcore heat packs are accessories for the Dubler cooler’s flameless serving arrangement. The packs are heated in a microwave according to their label, placed in the compatible cooler, and used with already-hot food pans and lids. They provide stored warmth while the insulated body slows heat loss during serving or transport.
Features
- Two reusable Microcore packs per set
- Designed for Dubler and Dubler HEAT
- Supplier also permits freezing the packs for a chilled serving arrangement
- A Dubler HEAT kit already includes two packs
The supplier also describes freezing the packs for placement beneath compatible trays during cold service. Treat hot and cold use as separate setups and follow the label for the chosen method. Plan enough backup food and monitor the food temperature throughout the event. Reusable life depends on correct heating, handling and inspection; the advertised maximum number of cycles is not a guarantee that a damaged pack remains suitable for use.

Materials
The supplier describes the pack contents as cellulose sponge and water. Outer cover composition and detailed material declarations have not been verified.

Care
Read the current pack label before heating. The supplier instructs users to stop the microwave as soon as a pack begins to swell; excess swelling can cause a leak or burst. Microwave power varies, so a single heating time is not used here as a universal instruction. Handle heated packs and hot pans with suitable protection, inspect the packs before reuse and discontinue use if damaged. Follow package cleaning and storage directions.
For food service, use a thermometer and replenish chilled or hot foods as needed. Insulation and an attractive display do not establish a food’s safe serving temperature. The FDA’s guide to serving safe buffets explains how to manage temperatures, small batches and leftovers during an event.
Shipping & returns
Shipping for this item
The supplier’s direct product page advertises free shipping within the contiguous United States and same- or next-day dispatch. Confirm current stock, destination eligibility, shipping charges and the expected dispatch date for this BuyAmerican order. The supplier’s direct-store offer is not a confirmed BuyAmerican shipping entitlement, and dispatch timing does not establish a delivery date. The exact heat-pack page additionally lists a $10 Hawaii shipping charge.
Returns and order support
The supplier’s published policy classifies heat packs as nonreturnable because it cannot verify prior use and resell them as new. This is the specific accessory rule, so the general cooler return window is not an unconditional return offer for this set. For a damaged or incorrect BuyAmerican delivery, contact the store promptly with your order details and photographs to obtain the applicable resolution instructions.
For a BuyAmerican order, contact hello@buyamerican.com before sending a return and follow the instructions provided for your item. Review the BuyAmerican refund policy. Supplier direct-store offers and deductions need confirmation for a BuyAmerican/Shopify Collective purchase.
