Grass-Fed Bison Sampler Box – Firestarter, About 13 lb
Details
Founded in 2013 by Anthony Miller, Miller Bison is a family ranch in Eureka, Nevada. Anthony began with three bison heifers to raise meat for his own family, and that small herd grew into a business shared with his wife, Benita, and their children. The ranch focuses on grass-fed, grass-finished bison, rotational grazing, and regenerative practices that care for the animals and the land.
Grass-Fed Bison Sampler Box – Firestarter, About 13 lb
The Firestarter sampler introduces a range of grass-fed bison cuts in one freezer box. At approximately 13 lb, it combines steaks for quicker meals, cuts suited to slower cooking, and six 1 lb packages of ground bison for everyday recipes.
This is a practical way to explore several cuts before selecting a larger meat share. Use the steaks for a planned dinner, reserve the brisket and shanks for a slower weekend meal, and keep the ground bison for burgers, tacos, or chili. The maker rotates the assortment with availability, so the contents below describe the currently published box rather than a permanent fixed menu.

Specifications
Storage and Cooking
Keep raw bison refrigerated or frozen and thaw it safely in the refrigerator. Keep raw meat and its juices separate from ready-to-eat foods. Use a food thermometer: USDA recommends 160°F for ground bison and at least 145°F followed by a three-minute rest for steaks and roasts. Different cuts need different cooking methods; brisket and shanks suit slower, moist cooking, while steaks can be prepared with quicker methods. See USDA guidance on handling and cooking bison.
