Packed with the irresistible flavor of golden toffee pieces, these cookies bake up soft and chewy with just the right amount of crunch. Each bite delivers a perfect blend of caramelized goodness and homemade warmth.
2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip two sticks of softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package, adding toffee bits last. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
