Fantozzi Honey Company was founded by Thomas Fantozzi in 2017 after a beekeeping class at Cal Poly inspired his first two hives. His upbringing on a family farm in Patterson, California, shaped a business centered on bees and local agriculture. The family-run apiary emphasizes healthy colonies, harvesting only surplus honey, and handling its products in small batches.
This jar combines raw sage honey with a piece of edible honeycomb immersed inside. The product label shows a net weight of 12 oz, or 340 grams. It offers both a spoonable liquid honey and the texture of natural wax cells in one container. Choose this format if you want to enjoy the honey on its own and serve a portion of comb when the meal calls for it.
Raw sage honey and raw honeycomb. The comb includes natural beeswax cells as well as the honey they hold. Both components are edible according to the maker.
Packaging format: jar. Check the current package for its complete label and any additional handling information.
Keep the jar closed between uses and use clean, dry utensils when lifting the comb or spooning the honey. Store at room temperature and follow the package directions. Honey can naturally crystallize without that change alone indicating spoilage. Handle the comb gently as pieces are removed, since opening the cells releases some of the honey they contain.
Do not give honey or honey-containing products to children younger than 12 months. Read the CDC guidance on honey and infant botulism for more information.
