Tennessee Bob’s Hot Sauce Company is a veteran-owned brand founded by Robert D. Vasvary in Boca Raton, Florida, and operating since 2019. Bob began growing peppers in his home garden in 2015 before developing salsas and original sauce recipes. His approach centers on flavor, family and storytelling, with the Pepper People characters giving the sauce range its personality.
Lady Fingers combines passion fruit, honey, rocoto and cayenne peppers with achiote and cilantro. The result is a fruity sauce with a savory spice profile, created in tribute to Bob's wife, Nicolina. Its tropical character gives roasted chicken and seafood a different finish from a plain vinegar-forward pepper sauce.
Try it with roasted chicken, salmon, shrimp or pork chops. It also suits quiche, empanadas and scrambled eggs. Spoon a little onto one portion first so you can judge how its fruit and pepper flavors work with your food.
