Details

Miller Boys Vintage Toys was founded in 2021 by Suzanne Collins Miller and is based in Huntington Beach, California. Inspired by her four sons and encouraged by her father, Suzanne built the business around the kind of imaginative play she remembered from childhood. The company's wooden toys emphasize hands-on exploration, creativity, and the lasting appeal of traditional play.

A magnetic wooden engine and caboose pair

The Magnetic Engine and Caboose Duo gives a child two wooden train pieces to connect and move during imaginative play. Choose a steam or diesel design in red, blue, or pink using the available variant options. Each selection pairs an engine with a coordinating caboose; the option photographs show the different choices rather than a single set containing every pictured train.

Magnetic connections let children practice joining and separating the train pieces by hand. An adult can name the engine and caboose, describe which one leads, and invite the child to make up a short journey. The toy provides a concrete way to explore front and back, connection, order, and movement through play without a fixed story to follow.

Choose the style before ordering

A steam engine has the familiar upright smokestack appearance, while the diesel design has a longer, streamlined illustrated body. Red, blue, and pink versions let families choose the look they prefer. Use the variant name to identify the ordered pair; additional letter cars and personalized name trains appearing in lifestyle photos are separate products and are not included in this duo.

For a simple activity, place the engine and caboose near each other, let the child connect them, and ask where the train will stop next. Keep the play area clear and supervise the magnetic components. Discover more wooden toys and explore the Toys & Games collection for other hands-on gift ideas.

Materials

The engine and caboose combine wooden construction, magnetic components, and printed decoration. The wood species has not been confirmed. A steam design and a diesel design provide two different vehicle silhouettes, with coordinating printed details on each pair. The selected style and color determine the engine and caboose supplied. Manufacturing origin awaits supplier confirmation.

Care

Wipe wooden train pieces with a lightly damp cloth, then allow them to dry. Do not soak. Check the wheels, body, and magnetic components before play; discontinue use if parts become loose, missing, or damaged. Supervise use, follow package age guidance, and never allow magnets near the mouth or nose. Seek immediate medical attention if a magnet is swallowed or inhaled.
