Mandarin Orange Honey – Citrus Flavored Drizzle

About the maker and product

Honey Badgers Bee Farm is a family business in Brooksville, Florida, founded by Derrick Jerome and developed with his father, Bill Jerome. Its LLC was established in 2020; the family’s beekeeping began earlier with two backyard hives. Their work combines hive care with a culinary interest in new ways to enjoy honey. The farm also offers apiary visits and beekeeping education, reflecting a focus on helping people understand bees and their role as pollinators.

Mandarin Orange Honey adds a bright citrus flavor to raw honey sweetness. The maker lists raw honey and orange flavorings, and describes the result as sweet and tangy with an orange creamsicle flavor direction. That description is about taste; it is not an ingredient claim for cream or ice cream. Use a little as a finishing drizzle or mix it into a glaze where a sweet orange note suits the dish. It is flavored honey rather than orange blossom varietal honey.
