Matcha Honey Tea – Orange & Passion Fruit, 10 oz

About the maker and product

Honey Badgers Bee Farm is a family business in Brooksville, Florida, founded by Derrick Jerome and developed with his father, Bill Jerome. Its LLC was established in 2020; the family’s beekeeping began earlier with two backyard hives. Their work combines hive care with a culinary interest in new ways to enjoy honey. The farm also offers apiary visits and beekeeping education, reflecting a focus on helping people understand bees and their role as pollinators.

Matcha Honey Tea combines powdered green tea with honey, orange flavor and passion fruit flavor. The maker blends the matcha into honey so that a spoonful supplies both the tea ingredient and sweetness. The result brings green tea character alongside a tropical citrus direction. It comes in a 10-ounce jar according to the maker’s product description. Because it contains matcha green tea, it contains naturally occurring caffeine; a measured caffeine amount per cup has not been supplied.
