Nuclear Option Carolina Reaper & Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Nuclear Option Carolina Reaper & Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Nuclear Option is a superhot sauce combining habanero, ghost pepper and Carolina Reaper with a vinegar base and lime juice. It is the choice for experienced hot sauce fans who actively seek intense pepper heat. The manufacturer describes floral and fruity tasting notes alongside that heat, giving the sauce a flavor identity beyond its name. Red bell pepper is also part of the disclosed recipe.

The manufacturer recommends Nuclear Option for wings, jambalaya, gumbo, curry dishes, pizza and bacon. Treat those as pairing ideas and begin with a small amount before deciding how much to add. For a shared pot or platter, consider serving the sauce separately so other diners can choose their own level of spice. This is an extremely hot option; a familiar mild-sauce serving amount may be more than you want.
