Little Sesame Organic Caramelized Onion Hummus, 8 oz

Keystone Cheese was founded in 2014 by Nikole Raskovic in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Family visits to Wisconsin introduced her to regional cheeses she wanted to bring home to Pennsylvania. The woman-founded business grew from a small office and garage into a specialty-food company working with small Wisconsin cheesemakers, with an emphasis on distinctive flavors, traditional craftsmanship and relationships with family farms.

Little Sesame Organic Caramelized Onion Hummus, 8 oz

Chickpeas and tahini form a creamy hummus with onion, lemon, garlic and a sweet-savory finish. Suggested use: spread on toast or offer as a dip with vegetables. Made in Maryland, United States.

Use a clean spoon to portion a small amount into a separate serving dish. This makes it easier to control the amount on a cheese board, toast or sandwich and keeps the remaining package clean. Strong cheeses, salty accompaniments and sweet spreads can change one another's balance, so taste a small combination before preparing a full platter.
