Passion Fruit Brigadeiro Spread

Renata and Andrei Stoica founded tinyB chocolate in 2014 in San Francisco, California. Renata learned to make brigadeiros with her mother in Brazil and later adapted that family tradition for the Bay Area. The company centers its work on small-batch craftsmanship, thoughtful ingredients and the pleasure of sharing food. Today, its San Mateo, California, shop continues that focus on gifts and everyday moments of connection.

Passion Fruit Brigadeiro Spread

Passion fruit adds a bright, tangy note to a smooth brigadeiro spread made with milk and white chocolate. Its tropical flavor balances the sweetness of the creamy base, making it an alternative to a straightforward chocolate or caramel topping. Serve it with fruit or use a small spoonful as a dessert accent. This is the passion fruit spread in a jar, rather than a box of rolled brigadeiros.

Flavor and serving ideas

• Passion fruit and white chocolate
• Creamy, spoonable brigadeiro spread

Try a small spoonful with toast, pancakes, fresh fruit or ice cream. For a dessert board, place a portion in a serving dish with a clean spoon so guests can choose how much to add. Serving suggestions describe ways to enjoy the spread; fruit, bread, crockery and other accompaniments are not included. For gifting, plan for refrigeration at the destination and check the recipient's dietary needs before choosing a flavor.

For a simple tasting, pair a small portion with plain fruit before combining it with a richer dessert. This lets you choose the balance of sweetness and tartness for yourself. Keep the remaining jar refrigerated between servings.
