The Pizza Hatchet & Santoku Knife Set splits one job into two. One blade makes the food, and the other serves it. The knife handles everything before the oven. Onions, peppers, and herbs all go under it. The hatchet takes over once the pizza comes out.

Neither blade saws through anything. Both press straight down instead. That keeps toppings in position on the slice. Cheese never drags sideways.

This chef knife set for sale holds two pieces and two covers. Reddish hardwood runs both handles to match. Pizza Cutter & Chef Knife Set at Divine Knives with a plain, polished rocker blade, a tall kitchen knife, matching reddish hardwood handles, and a fitted leather cover for each.

The History Behind This Pizza Cutter Axe

Cooks bought knives one at a time for most of history. A blade got replaced as it wore out, not as a group. Matched sets arrived with retail packaging in the last century. Handles started matching because a boxed set had to look whole. Divine Knives pairs two different tools under one wood.

Pizza Hatchet & Santoku Knife Set Performance

The knife wants a pinch grip near the blade. Thumb and finger sit on either side of the ricasso. That gives you control over a tall flat edge. Handle grips lose precision on a blade this deep. Height is what makes the pinch worth it.

The hatchet wants a full hand from above. Push down through the arc and the cut finishes itself. Both covers snap on before either goes in a drawer. Bright steel shows marks, so dry both after washing. Neither piece belongs in a dishwasher.

Knife & Hatchet Set Construction

Reddish hardwood takes both handles from the same stock. Grain runs are visible along each one. Contours differ because the two tools are held differently. The knife curves gently and the hatchet curves harder. Neither shape came off a lathe.

Pale pins run through both sets of scales. A brass fitting sits near the front of the knife handle. Polished steel carries every blade surface with no pattern applied. Two leather covers ship with the set. Snap studs hold each one closed. Oil the wood occasionally, and both pieces stay put.

Best Uses for the Boardmate Set

Pizza night is the obvious case for this pair. Prep with one and serve with the other. Home cooks buy pizza cutter hatchet set pairs for the coverage. Flatbread, quesadillas, and pastry all suit the rocker too. The knife works every other day of the week.

Order the Boardmate Knife Set today. Two covers mean both pieces store safely in one drawer.
