Pine River Raspberry Chipotle Cheese Spread, 9 oz

Keystone Cheese was founded in 2014 by Nikole Raskovic in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Family visits to Wisconsin introduced her to regional cheeses she wanted to bring home to Pennsylvania. The woman-founded business grew from a small office and garage into a specialty-food company working with small Wisconsin cheesemakers, with an emphasis on distinctive flavors, traditional craftsmanship and relationships with family farms.

Pine River Raspberry Chipotle Cheese Spread, 9 oz

Cheddar spread combines raspberry jam with chipotle peppers for sweet and smoky notes. Suggested use: spread on crackers or use in small appetizer portions. Made in Wisconsin, United States.

For a tasting, cut a small portion first and pair it with a plain cracker or piece of bread before adding stronger accompaniments. For cooking, add a measured amount to a familiar recipe so the cheese complements the other ingredients. Aged, fresh, smoked and seasoned cheeses behave differently; choose this specific style for the flavor and texture described here.
