Carving a whole brisket or roast with a short blade slows everyone down at the table. This 5-piece rosewood set includes a long 10 inch slicer alongside forged wave-pattern blades built for carving, trimming, and everyday cooking.

Long, thin slicing blades matter when carving larger cuts of meat, and this set is built around that need. A 10 inch brisket slicer anchors the set, supported by four additional forged blades for everyday kitchen tasks.

A Slicer Built For Big Cuts

The 15 inch overall brisket slicer gives enough reach to carve through a whole roast or brisket in clean, even strokes.

Consistent Rosewood Styling

Every knife in the set shares the same rosewood scales and upswept pommel design, giving it a cohesive look on a countertop or in storage.

Forged Wave Pattern Blades

The wave pattern forged steel adds both visual interest and a functional edge across all five knives.

For a single everyday knife with a similarly comfortable handle, our olive wood chef knife makes a practical addition alongside this set.
