RPG Salted Vodka Rib Glaze, 16 oz

Grill Your Ass Off was founded in 2016 by U.S. Army veteran Jason Murff and now lists its business address in Salado, Texas. Murff began the business in his garage while studying aircraft pilot training after military service. His interest in cooking grew into a way to bring people together and rebuild the camaraderie he valued in the Army. The company uses military and first-responder themes and supports organizations and events serving those communities.

RPG Salted Vodka Rib Glaze, 16 oz. RPG stands for Rib Perfection Glaze. This tomato-based finishing glaze combines sweetness with pepper spice and vodka; its label also identifies honey, molasses and concentrated grapefruit juice. The maker specifically positions it as a finishing touch for ribs. Vodka appears in the formulation, and a verified alcohol-content measurement was not supplied.

Flavor and ways to use it

The maker recommends applying the glaze during the final ten minutes of grilling ribs. It also suggests chicken, pork chops, meatballs, pizza and pulled meats. Treat that timing as a glazing instruction rather than proof that the meat has reached a safe internal temperature. Reserve a clean portion if you also want sauce for serving.

For help choosing a complementary flavor or cooking approach, read our BBQ sauce, marinade and dry-rub guide. Compare the flavor profile and selected pack with the meal you plan to prepare; product photos show serving ideas and do not include extra foods, drinks, utensils or accessories.
