Grow a powerful and nutritious herb with Stinging Nettle seeds. While famous for the temporary sting it imparts when touched, this heirloom perennial has been a revered medicinal and culinary plant for centuries. Once cooked or dried, the sting is completely neutralized, leaving you with a delicious and highly nutritious green, similar to spinach and packed with vitamins and minerals. It's traditionally used in soups, stews, and as a nourishing herbal tea. Stinging Nettle is also a vital host plant for the caterpillars of several beautiful butterfly species, including the Red Admiral.
