The OWL 21-Day Reset pairs a four-day broth-and-shake package with digital planning materials and coaching. The Classic and Vegan options are separate selections: the Classic food component includes animal-based broth, while the Vegan option changes that broth selection. The 21-day name describes the program length; it does not mean 21 days of prepared meals are delivered.

Ingredients and Recipe Notes

Classic broth recipes include chicken, beef, and Vegan Mineral Broth. Chicken: Alkaline water, free-range chicken bones, celery, carrots, ginger, fennel, Swiss chard, turmeric, cilantro, lemon thyme, thyme, sage, lavender, parsley, Himalayan pink salt, and apple cider vinegar. The supplier marks the bones, vegetables, herbs, roots, and vinegar organic; the salt is not marked organic. Beef: Alkaline water, regenerative grass-fed and grass-finished beef bones, celery, carrots, ginger, fennel, Swiss chard, turmeric, parsley, rosemary, sage, lemon thyme, thyme, lavender, Himalayan salt, and apple cider vinegar. Vegan Mineral: Alkaline water, celery, carrots, Swiss chard, fennel, shiitake mushroom, ginger, turmeric, cilantro, sage, lavender, parsley, thyme, lemon thyme, sorrel, kombu, moringa, cordyceps, Himalayan pink salt, and apple cider vinegar. Shakes: Magic Matcha dry mix: hemp hearts, cinnamon, matcha green tea, spirulina, and bentonite clay; add plantain and water. Golden Ginger dry mix: hemp hearts, ginger root powder, ground cinnamon, turmeric root powder, slippery elm powder, and cardamom powder; add kabocha squash and water. Bold Beet dry mix: hemp hearts, ginger, turmeric, triphala powder, and beet powder; add beets and water. These are the maker’s named recipe components; they do not supply a caffeine quantity for the Magic Matcha packet.

Preparation, Use and Storage

Shipped Mylkshakes arrive as dry packets. Supply your own blender, filtered water, fresh produce, and airtight storage containers; empty shake jars are not included with shipped Reset kits. For Magic Matcha, blend one packet with 1½ cups plantain. For Golden Ginger, use one packet with one cup peeled, steamed, cooled kabocha squash. For Bold Beet, use one packet with ¾ cup peeled, steamed, cooled beets. Add water to reach 32 ounces and blend until smooth. The maker gives a three-month shelf life for dry powders and 4–6 days refrigerated for prepared shakes. Follow the packet date and keep prepared portions in an airtight container. The maker states that unopened, pressure-sealed broth keeps for six months at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7–10 days, following the package date and directions. Do not freeze the glass jars because they can break. Pour the amount needed into a pan, warm gently, and serve in a suitable cup or bowl. Keep the remaining broth refrigerated rather than repeatedly warming the entire jar.
