Vanilla Bean Raw Honey – Sweet Pantry Drizzle

About the maker and product

Honey Badgers Bee Farm is a family business in Brooksville, Florida, founded by Derrick Jerome and developed with his father, Bill Jerome. Its LLC was established in 2020; the family’s beekeeping began earlier with two backyard hives. Their work combines hive care with a culinary interest in new ways to enjoy honey. The farm also offers apiary visits and beekeeping education, reflecting a focus on helping people understand bees and their role as pollinators.

Vanilla Bean Raw Honey combines raw honey with real vanilla beans for an aromatic sweetener suited to breakfast, baking and warm drinks. The maker’s ingredient list names honey and vanilla beans, keeping the flavor focused on the vanilla itself. A little can add a rounded vanilla note to toast or pancakes without measuring a separate vanilla ingredient for a simple topping. The maker has described different vanilla origins in its broader site copy, so no specific bean country or variety is promised for the current bottle.

Drizzle over toast, pancakes or plain yogurt. Stir a small amount into warm coffee or tea, then taste before adding more. For a dessert plate, use a thin finishing drizzle on cake, fruit or cheesecake. If using it in a baking recipe, choose one that already accounts for liquid honey and its sweetness rather than assuming a direct dry sugar substitution.
