Raw Wildflower Honey Jar – 11 or 21 oz

Fantozzi Honey Company was founded by Thomas Fantozzi in 2017 after a beekeeping class at Cal Poly inspired his first two hives. His upbringing on a family farm in Patterson, California, shaped a business centered on bees and local agriculture. The family-run apiary emphasizes healthy colonies, harvesting only surplus honey, and handling its products in small batches.

This raw wildflower honey is harvested from California Central Valley beehives whose bees visit a variety of flowers, including alfalfa, melons, and pumpkins. The mixed floral source gives the honey its wildflower identity. Offered in an 11 oz or 21 oz jar, it is an everyday pantry option for people who like to spoon, drizzle, or measure their honey.

Ingredients and packaging

Raw wildflower honey. The maker identifies the product as raw. The floral variety describes the nectar source of the honey, rather than an added flavor ingredient.

Packaging format: jar. Check the current package for its complete label and any additional handling information.

Storage and care

Store the tightly closed jar at room temperature and use a clean, dry spoon. Keep water and crumbs out of the container. Honey may naturally form crystals, which can make it thicker or grainier without that change alone signaling spoilage. Follow any additional storage and handling instructions printed on the package.

Do not give honey or honey-containing products to children younger than 12 months. Read the CDC guidance on honey and infant botulism for more information.
