Details

Fantozzi Honey Company was founded by Thomas Fantozzi in 2017 after a beekeeping class at Cal Poly inspired his first two hives. His upbringing on a family farm in Patterson, California, shaped a business centered on bees and local agriculture. The family-run apiary emphasizes healthy colonies, harvesting only surplus honey, and handling its products in small batches.

These wildflower honey sticks provide raw California honey in individual portions. The pack contains 25 sticks, each filled with 5 grams of honey, for a stated total of 125 grams. The wildflower name refers to honey gathered from a range of flowering plants. Choose the sticks when small, separate portions fit your routine better than carrying a full jar.

Care

Storage and care

Follow the package directions for storing and opening the sticks. Keep unused wrappers intact and protect them from punctures and excessive heat. Honey can naturally crystallize; a change in texture does not by itself mean it has spoiled. Keep opened wrappers away from stored, unused sticks so the outside of the packaging stays clean.

Do not give honey or honey-containing products to children younger than 12 months. Read the CDC guidance on honey and infant botulism for more information.
