Delivery is available to home or business street addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states; PO boxes are excluded. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Use a complete, correct delivery address, because changes cannot be made once the package has shipped. Shipping charges and available delivery services are shown at checkout. Allow for production and carrier transit when choosing a time-sensitive gift.
Returns and Order Issues
Perishable fudge is not eligible for ordinary returns. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, contact BuyAmerican immediately at hello@buyamerican.com with photographs of the product and packaging. The maker requests these reports within 7 days of receipt, and reports of lost or significantly delayed shipments within 14 days of the order date. Any replacement or credit is subject to review.
