Raw Florida Honey – Unfiltered, 10 oz

About the maker and product

Honey Badgers Bee Farm is a family business in Brooksville, Florida, founded by Derrick Jerome and developed with his father, Bill Jerome. Its LLC was established in 2020; the family’s beekeeping began earlier with two backyard hives. Their work combines hive care with a culinary interest in new ways to enjoy honey. The farm also offers apiary visits and beekeeping education, reflecting a focus on helping people understand bees and their role as pollinators.

Raw Florida Honey offers a simple, single ingredient sweetener from a Brooksville beekeeping business. The maker’s current 10-ounce listing describes a Christmas berry harvest from Brazilian pepper flowers, while honey availability can vary with the season. The product title stays focused on raw Florida honey rather than promising one floral source for every future harvest. Enjoy it as an everyday drizzle, in a warm drink or in recipes that call for honey. The squeeze bottle is easy to keep by the kettle or breakfast table for everyday use.
