Citronella & Eucalyptus Outdoor Soy Candle - 14 oz

City Bonfires was founded in 2020 by Chris McCasland and Michael Opalski. The company is based in Rockville, Maryland. After the pandemic disrupted their incomes, the two dads developed a portable bonfire to make outdoor time with family easier to enjoy. Their idea began in a garage and grew around a simple aim: help people spend less time tending a wood fire and more time making memories together. The company emphasizes practical outdoor inventions and American manufacturing jobs.

Citronella & Eucalyptus Outdoor Soy Candle - 14 oz

Manufacturing origin: United States, Maryland. The scented candles are made in Rockville.

The maker lists up to 20 hours of burn time. Actual duration depends on conditions and use. This scented candle is not food-safe, and it is for outdoor use only.

Materials & Construction

The maker lists citronella and eucalyptus, soy wax, and plant-based briquettes, with a steel tin and lid. It describes the formulation as DEET-free and made without petroleum or palm wax. These formulation statements do not establish a guaranteed pest-repellent result, a protected area, or a medical benefit. The candle’s fragrance and use directions distinguish it from the original bonfire used for roasting food. Do not eat the wax or place food over the scented flame.

Care & Storage

Use this candle outdoors only on a level, noncombustible surface with an appropriate heat-resistant base. Keep it away from children, pets, loose clothing, and anything that can burn. Keep a responsible adult present throughout use. Do not touch or move the hot tin. Follow the candle label for lighting and extinguishing, let everything cool fully before handling, and keep the lid fitted during dry storage. This is a scented outdoor candle: do not roast marshmallows, heat food, or cook over its flame.
